I must again raise cash for the purchase of an interesting old oboe, so
I am selling my Buffet D clarinet. A very nice instrument, much sweeter
than the Eb; Stravinsky, Mahler, Liszt and the Strausses knew exactly
what they were doing when they wrote for D clarinet. Simplifies passages
in "Daphnis" like you'll not believe. Serious inquiries, please ring me
privately.

And yes, it plays with a cut down Bb reed.
