Sorry if this is a bit off-topic - I've been on the list a while now and
never seen this kind of request.

I'm an adult 'restarter' looking for a teacher in London. I have a good
idea of the kinds of playing I do and don't like (eg. like Michael
Collins, not Emma Johnson) and am looking for a teacher I can respect
and enjoy learning from. I studied to diploma level 10 years ago and
have played intermittently since then.

Do I have to resort to ploughing through the Musician's Yearbook?
