I asked this question once, but had put it after another question, so I
think that it was not noticed.

It seems that the principal flutist and I will be playing Saint-Saens
Tarantella in next year's orchestra season. Neither of us know nothing
about it.

Have any of you played it? Is it fun? I assume from the title that the
speed is way up there, but is it technically easy, challenging or
impossible? I looked it up on Sneezy and saw that there was an
arrangement for flute, clarinet and piano. Is the clarinet part the
same as in the orchestral arrangement? How long is it? Is there a
recording somewhere?

Anything you can tell me is appreciated.
