Just to clarify:
Both parts of the list are already in the list archives - both the
one on http://www.sneezy.org/clarinet/Databases/KlarinetForm.html
(the one I maintain) and the one that Jim Fay & Cap Bromley maintain
(The real Klarinet list). Either of these would need to be searched
to get the list back, and information tends to get buried over time.

Roger's list will be posted on www.sneezy.org/clarinet in an easy
to access page by itself - somewhere where it can be referenced
casually. That's my primary purpose in keeping the pages at
www.sneezy.org - a place where interesting information is easily
accessable. The most commonly asked questions have their own
pages, and the Klarinet archives, composition database and
(soon) an extensive discography database are available for more
in-depth searches.

Ken Shaw has sent me a copy of his database of clarinet recordings.
I hope to get those on-line within the next few weeks. They will
eventually be totally integrated into the composition database, so
looking up a composition will not only bring up notes and publishers
but also any recordings on file, and vice versa.
