I have a few research questions that I am too lazy and busy to take care of
myself. Does any one have answers to these?

Was the 'La Primavera' solo from Verdi's "I Vespri Siciliani" written for any
particular clarinetist? What opera house premiered it? I know that the 'Forza'
solo was written for Cavallini, since that opera was premiered in St.
Petersburg.

Also, does anyone know if the Rossini Intro, Theme &Variations ('La Donna del
Lago') was written for anyone in particular? I also forget the name of the
Aria on which it is based, if anyone knows that.

Thanks in advance!
