Yes that woodwind feature in Celebrations is rather nice.

I messed up. Peace Variations I think is composed by Robert Foster. It
is a set of variations on "Dona Nobis Pachem". It has something for
everyone. The ending section is a truly serious technical showcase for
trumpet players but everyone gets their chance to show off the
uniqueness of their instrument.
