Nancy,
The third part has Bb, A, some C and Bass in Bb and in A. I've only ever
played the first and the third clarinet parts myself, so I don't know the
second part as well and don't have a copy of Clarinet 2 here at home, but a
quick scan of my Kalmus score found some Eb in the first movement of
Clarinet 2 (Clarinet 3 is playing regular clarinet) and, so far as I can
see, only two NOTES for Eb in the second movement (meas. 302 if anyone else
is checking). I suppose you could redistribute the parts, but unless you
have a good reason, I wouldn't. The 3rd player already has his hands full
and you'd add a couple more quick instrument changes to his headaches,
although it could be done. The second player might enjoy the chance to play
Eb and the Eb parts are not difficult. You don't say why you might want to
change from the way the instruments are assigned in the original parts.

Hope this helps.

Karl
