Assuming that the broadcast was an airing of a recent concert, the
principal clarinetist of the DSO is Theodore Oien. He has been the
pricipal clarinet with the orchestra for the last few years replacing
Paul Schaller who retired after aprox forty years with the orchestra.

including demos of recordings they have made
