Does anybody know who invented the so-called "Double Boehm" clarinet? Is
there a patent or any trade literature? To avoid confusion: this is a
clarinet designed so that the left hand fingers the same succession of
intervals as the right, so that 2 fingers off plays Eflat/Bflat instead of
Enatural/Bnatural.
