Mr Walter - as you say - should everyone else accept your opinion as=20
a given too?. Your mouth is full of the "wrong" of "apaatheit". Have you=
ever
been in South Africa? Have you recently been in South Africa - after this=20
"wonderful" alternative of apartheid has been implemented and Johannesburg,=
for
instance, became the murder-capital of the world. You talk about tradition -
what
do you now about our history? Let me tell you that the "acceptance" of=
apartheid
has nothing to do with morality but everything with Anglo-American greed.=
The=20
same greed for gold that made the second Anglo- Boere War (1899-1902) and=
the=20
subsequent holocaust happened where 27 000 of our Boere women and children=
were
murdered in British concentration camps. We Boere people were the first=
freedom
fighters in Africa against imperialism and colonialism. You probably will
not know
anything about it - only because you are fed with what should believe. Have=
you=20
ever thought why Red China and Russia were never punished for their=
human-rights
record? Have you ever used China as an example of something that is morally
wrong
as you did with apartheid? Do you know that apartheid has everything to do=
with=20
redefining the colonial borders drawn by British Colonial authorities after=
the
British won the war against our women and children? Do Mexicans in America=
have
exactly the same rights as Americans in the USA? What then if I (as let's=
say=20
a powerful outsider) declare Mexico (and perhaps Cuba) and the USA as a=
single=20
country and demand equal right for all. Will that be acceptable to the
Americans?
I very much doubt it - especially if one sees how illegal immigrants from=
Mexico
are treated. Then I can also say a lot about the way Americans, Canadians,=
=20
Australians and New Zealanders solved their aboriginal problems. Talking=
about=20
bigotry ....
=20
To all
Sorry that I misused your highly valued clarinet list to correct an
extremely biased
and misinformed view (clich=E9 ?) that was unfortunately promoted on your=
list.
Regards
Gysbert
