That will have been the "Triple Clarinet Concerto" by New Zealand
composer Eve de Casto-Robinson. It was written in 1995 and performed
by the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra. Radio NZ recorded the concert
and have broadcast it on the national "Concert FM" station a few
times. I taped it off the radio a while ago but haven't yet got
around to listening to it. Here are some details about the work from
our university library catalogue:
