Since you're a high school student, this might be a little premature, but
my favorite warm-up book is Carl Baermann's method, volume III. It has
scales, arpeggios, and interval exercises in all keys, major & melodic
minor. If you start now with some of the easier sections, it will stand
you in good stead for later!
