I am no longer in the position you are....I have earned a little bit more
right to say what I think. You are in a position of no experience, no
credibility, and you insult the professional players who read the list.

an excellent learner.

So you say. Your words on the listserv say otherwise. As I said before,
you talk a great game....but talk is cheap.

> One of my greatest assets is that I know my weaknesses and try to
improve them (i.e. - not making people angry!).

Wow...if that is one of your great assets, I would hate to see your worst
ones. You got angry reactions all over the listserv....don't you know
that?

Sorry, we don't need ammo....you provided it with your egocentric,
incredible, talk...with nothing to back it up other than..."I have great
ears".

> The reason you pick on my posts is
> because you think I'm a nobody.

I don't pick on your posts.....I react to the immaturity and egocentric
quality of them......you are not humble, and you do not know how to
express your opinion without offending.....that isn't my fault...I just
point out your inadequacy.

You like to use people like Cohler and Jacobowitz to prove your point.
But, why aren't they jumping into it? Why hasn't Cohler backed up your
point regarding Liester???? After all, you attended his master class!

> Granted, he does it in a user friendly fashion.

And that is what makes our difference of opinion ok.

> You dare not slam him because he's a professional.

Fred and I have disagreed before....have you not been on the listserv
long? the difference here is that I respect the way he expresses his
opinion...he has credibility.....you do not.

> Does his opinion mean more? I respect people who show me respect, no

Sorry, just because you can type and you have an opinion does not mean you
are to be respected. You must earn that....at least with your peers...and
you obviously have not. Period.

I'm surprised you know how to spell pious......you don't know me....you
are just upset because I openly tell you how insenstive and callous you
are. You don't need to be called names.... what would be the point???

> Now let's put this behind us and start talking about the clarinet!

I talk about the clarinet while you talk about faults of players. I have
yet to see you discuss the clarinet in an honest, thoughtful manner.

Let's put this behind us by you getting some manners and leaving the
discussion to people who are well versed in discussing things in a
civilized way.

Thanks for the personal note. I fully expect to see you reiterate it in a
cut up way for everyone on the listserv. No offense, but I find you to be
offensive.
