First of all, you were up WAY too early on New Year's Day (or maybe you
were still up from the party the night before?)

Anyway, yes, the third movement of the Hindemith Quintet is for Eb
clarinet, and no, to the best of my knowledge, the publisher does not
include a transposed part. I used the Schott edition for my reference.

I know this because it is one of the few sections of my dissertation that
has actually been written over the past three years (many sections are
still under construction, somewhat like the Interstate Highway system was
in the 1960's and 70's).

Personally, I think the Eb clarinet in this movement is a marvellous
effect!
