I second the vote for the Adagio from the Mozart Concerto and would
add the larghetto from the Quintet. For a church/religious service
there are several possibilities in:
"Sacred Melodies for Clarinet solo" by Dr Norman Heim; published by
Cathedral Music Press
"Sacred Solos" for Bb clarinet with Piano; edited by C.W. Johnson;
published by Rubank.

Both of these contain fairly easy, but recognizeable and
musically pleasing arrangements (with a few exceptions). They should
be readily available (I got my current copies from Luyben's here in
KC (their web page address is: http://www.luybenmusic.com and
contains ordering information/phone numbers etc...)
A word of warning: If the wedding is being held in a church, you
might want to make sure the minister/priest has no restrictions - a
friend of mine asked me to play at her wedding and she had a terrible
time picking out the music because the priest presiding over the
service imposed several restrictions regarding the source of the
music (to the extent that the Mozart was not acceptable...).
