I've only been on this listserv for a few days, and I'm almost afraid to
ask a question based on the discussions I've seen so far. You guys are
pretty hard on each other! But I've gathered all my courage and here
goes----

I'm not a professional musician or a music major. I stopped playing
after high school, and then found my clarinet again after about 10 years
of not playing. I've been playing with the Austin Symphonic Band, in
Austin, Texas for about five years now, and I've loved every minute of
it. Recently a friend asked if I might consider playing a couple of
pieces with piano accompaniment at her wedding this summer. I'd like to,
but I have NO idea what would be appropriate. What I found at my local
music store was pretty limited to method books, arrangements of music
from Disney films, and some "soft rock favorites" -- Yikes!

Of course I can order whatever I need. Any suggestions?
