If I had a legendary mouthpiece, or one professionally refaced, I
think I'd use Abe Galper's suggested method with Kleenex. Since
I use a stock B45, I don't care as much, so the swab is fine with me.
If I wear it out it'll be a great excuse to get a new mouthpiece :)
