I have always used lemon juice to clean my mouthpiece. However, I NEVER
use a swab to clean out my mouthpiece. I never pull the swab all the
way through. The tip of your mouthpiece can be harmed and the facing
messed up. Even your finger on the tip could warp the facing. Any safe
solution is fine I guess, but I would never use the swab.
