Klarinet members:

An interdisciplinary team at the University of North Texas is
researching musicians@-----. The UNT Musician Health Survey,
designed as a World Wide Web page, seeks information regarding the
physical and psychological problems of musicians. This project has been
approved by the Institutional Review Board of the University of North
Texas and is considered an anonymous survey.

The survey consists of five sections and requires approximately 10
minutes to complete. These sections are: Demographics, Musculoskeletal
Problems, Non-Musculoskeletal Problems, Lifestyle/Environment, and
Feedback/Form Submission. The web address is:=20

I am working with the survey responses from clarinetists. At the
present time, the total response level is approaching 2,000
(approximately 300 of which are from clarinetists.) If you have not yet
taken this survey, please consider doing so. Your help would be
sincerely appreciated. The results will be presented beginning in
February 1998. =20
