"A Country Story" by David Kaplan (Belwin) is a very easy two movement
quartet (all Bb).

"Andante and Minuetto" by Bochsa and Schmidt (ed. Voxman) (Rubank) is a
little more difficult.

"Quartet in F" by Carl Bohm (trans. Voxman) (Rubank) has some quick but
easy-laying 16th-note action in the first part, but the other parts are
easy. 4th part is marked as "4th Bb Clarinet (Bass Clarinet)."

Hope this helps. These are about the extent of my experience in quartets,
but they all are at least good (the first is a bit simple).

If you have to mic a saxophone, the rest of the band is too loud.
