I have found the E. Daniels model, which has plastic ribs isolating the
fabric of the lig from the mpc and has two metal plates which contact
the reed(I believe not true of some other Rovner models) to have more
projection and a some what crisper(brighter){ please don't hit me with
the semantics whip} sound than the regular dark models.

Interestingly enough, My E.Daniels model ended up on my Alto Sax. fits
just fine thank you and increases my projection for the big band
(modified couf solist mpc); my old rovner regular (dark) moved from
alto sax to clarinet and seems to be darker than the E.Daniels, although
perhaps not as much projection.
