I just looked back to 13 months ago when I said I'd put
together a little database of clarinet music. I figured
I'd get a few hundred entries and I'd be basically done.

Whoomp.

I was incredibly wrong. In the last 13 months, with a lot
of help from a few members (Takashi Kawai doing close to
a thousand, Gary VanCott and Michael Norsworthy submitting
many of their favorites, and a few others), I've cataloged
and cross-referenced over 6000 compositions by over 2700
composers.

I'm now in the process of changing the database format to
allow better searching capabilities (date ranges, number
of player ranges, standardization of publisher names,
checking for durations, you get the drift), along with
trying to sort through a backlog of 4 or 5 thousand more
entries.

It's a resource; it's free; I'm having a good time
putting it together; so please make use of it!

Cheers,
