If you all would take the time to look, these arguements really HAVE
stemmed from my post for information on the R Series Contra.
Almost every single arguing post has the subject Re: R Series Selmer Eb
Contra. This is from my original message. There were arguements there
after about its lack of altissimo ability and even more on the debate of
even using contra altissimo at all. I simply asked for information, and
seem to have started a riot. I can respect differing opinions and ideas
and am only hoping that others can too.
I think it is sad that something like this could spring from my posting
a legitimate question. This should not have enduced rage or made people
decide to sign off of the list. However, in a very bizarre way, I feel
somewhat responsible. I just wanted some information on an instrument
before I dive into a huge investment.
