Actually you may be onto something there, Roger.... I find that minimalist
music (like the music to Powaqatsi, the composer's name escapes me
momentarily) causes me great stress because, of course, there is little in
the way of traditional resolution to dissonance. It is in fact continual
dissonance , more or less. I had to sit in a class and listen to an
entire selection of this stuff, after which I felt the compelling urge to
go outside for a smoke!
