David--

The extra cost for the Opus (Leblanc), or Prestige (Buffet) is a personal
choice. There is no difference between the Prestige and Prestige RC, as the
Prestige comes with either the RC bore (Prestige RC) or R-13 bore (Prestige
R-13). The list price for the Opus, and all Prestige models exceeds $5000 per
instrument. While one does not pay list at most places, the cost will be
$2500-3500 each. Quite a bit more than a standard R-13, but the horns are
excellent.
