This should not be an expensive project. I was offered an opportunity to
purchase a printout of the database earlier this year. That suggests much
of it is already stored in a computer. Reformatting databases for on-line
access is easy work, something I do frequently, and these database must be
much simpler than the ones I work with. Mark Charette has shown that a
database of compositions can be put on the web quickly.

To be honest, getting existing databases on to the web looks like a one day
project to me. I hope it doesn't get bogged down in bureaucracy.
