When I was in college the 1st seat Clarinetist and me( 2nd seat)
volunteered to play in the college Symphonic Band ('cause they were
going on tour and we wanted to go on a road trip).. She played Eb and
I played Bass. Before one rehearsal we went to the campus bar and had
a few. I brought my reeds and soaked them in a glass of beer...... It
was a fun rehearsal......

My friend (the 1st seat) could down a pitcher of beer and play the
Nielsen Clar Cto PERFECTLY. As for me... well..... I can't down a
pitcher of beer.
