Nope, the address is completely correct. All personal pages within the
NMSU server are at http://web.nmsu.edu. Mine IS at web.nmsu.edu/~jnohe, I
just checked. However, while there used to be a lot of cool stuff there,
there isn't anymore, because the freaking server is screwing me over

and a lot of my previous webstuff mysteriously vanished. Needless to say,
the page will be back with the planned changes, just later than I'd
planned.

If you can't reach it, I dunno what to tell you. Try reaching it through
a nongraphical browser, like lynx, maybe.
