Mmmm...I feel a little jerkish, so I would just like to apologize to
everyone if I came off as rather rude. I _am_ only a student, but I take
a lot of pride in the bass, and I get know-it-allish at times. I don't
want to start out with everyone hating me RIGHT AWAY...I'm used to a lot
of people putting down the low clarinets, so I get vicious occasionally,
mainly because I love the thing to death...So I get picky. Once again, I
apologize for my condescendence (is that a word?)...

In the future, feel free to knock me back into my place if I get way out
of line (if someone hasn't done so already--I get a two hour delay on
posts, so someone may have already done so). A baseball bat or a
blackjack usually does the job well. ^_^
