There is an excellent fingering chart that comes with the Rubank Advanced Method
Books (not the beginner or intermediate method boods). It goes all the way to
the C above the 5th ledger line above the staff. Another outstanding chart
comes with the complete Klose method book. I have also read of a fingering
chart obtainable from the Leblanc Co. that is quite extensive I haven't seen it
myself.
