When I bought the Simeon Bellison revision of the H.Klose exercises (when
I got it, it was a VERY thick, orange covered book) (correct me if I have
the wrong name of the book), it came with a fold-out fingering chart with
fingerings for both the Boehm system and the Albert system, and both had
charts to the altissimo C.
