I have a book called:
Clarinet Fingerings - a comprehensive guide for the performer and educator
by Thomas Ridenour
It is published by Leblanc Educational Publications - 7001 Leblanc Blvd.,
Kenosha, Wisconsin 53141-1415

It has fingerings starting at C3 (high C) up to E4, in the extreme altisimo
register. It also has throat tone fingerings. It does not do the rest of the
stuff that you will find in all the other fingering charts.

I hope this helps.
