Unfortunately, I do not have addresses or phone numbers, but here are two great
music stores:

In New York, there is Pattelson's Music. It is located across the street (and
no more than a block away) from Carnegie Hall. Area code in New York City is
212.

In San Francisco, there is Byron Hoyt Music. Area code is 415.
