Hello Matt!
The issues you raise are important.'Exposure' is most important. The
existence of a radio station broadcasting in a (so called) good music format
does not promise that people not predisposed to good music will listen. (Do
you listen to music on the Spanish language stations in Chicago?)
I think the issues involved and the airing of the issues really fall outside
the scope of klarinet. This isn't a 'cop out' on my part; we can continue a
