Jonathan,

Although I only heard it once, I was very impressed with Walter
Mourant's "Pied Piper" for clarinet and orchestra.

While the following composition does not fit your immediate
orchestra requirement, I mention it for future reference because it was
one of the most rewarding pieces I have performed. I refer to Morton
Gould's "Derivations" for clarinet and stage (jazz) band.
