Super, I'll be sure to look for that one. His two volumes are
the best method books I've ever seen. It's too bad they're
long out of print. I'd give my first-born clarinet to obtain
my own copies. To my enormous chagrin, our library does not
carry them. Maybe the dissertation will be there...
