Very interesting. Do the items orchestra/chamber/solo mean that they
are mainly used in these areas, or that they are "created" (intended)
for these areas?

By the way, there seems to be a difference between Europe and UK. I
ever thought UK is a part of Europe. But it seems to be that the usual
pitch in UK is a=440 (like in US), whereas in (continental) Europe it
is a@-----. Am I right?

Also I read in a catalogue (guess it was the price list of Bill
Lewingston (?), London) the sentence: "The R-13 is preferred in US and
UK, whereas the RC is preferred in Europe" (at least similarly).
