Sometimes it works (it doesn't on my clarinet :-(

on reform Boehm instruments it is very easy: left middle finger, because
x0x[000 is a Bb"
(Did you know that we - The Amsterdam Wind Orchestra - played the premiere
of that piece by Johan de Mey, a person I know very good!)
