Rich Nicklay had a question for a tremolo from B to D.

One good way is to hold the B with the first finger of the left hand
and thumb. Holding the finger on the hole, tremolo the throat A key
(still keeping the Left forefinger on the tone hole.)

An easier way is: doing the same thing but tremolo the A key with the
help of the Right hand forefinger (if you have time to do it)

Another way, less secure, is to hold the B and tremolo the 2 top side
keys. It might not work on some clarinets. AG
