Jeroen T. Salm recently had a cracked clarinet and asked whether it could be
glued. I recall that within the last couple of months someone else said that
yes, indeed, glue can be used- though a specific type works better. The
advice was given to that individual by a major name in the repair business:
Brannen I believe. Unfortunately I don't have the post and to my knowledge
the recommended superglue wasn't mentioned by name. If that individual could
tell the list it would be appreciated. If not, visit the clarinet info pages
and search the Klarinet database for glue, superglue, or crack in '97.
