I play Buffets, and use the Moennig barrels. 67mm puts me in
tune on the Bb and 66mm puts me in tune on the A. I guess the
point I want to make is that you have to pick the length barrel
that allows you to play in tune, based on your personal setup
(mouthpiece/reed/ligature).

A 65 MM barrel is the standard barrel. A 64 on my Buffet A is
too short
(with a Pyne mouthpiece).....a 63 would be ridiculous.
