Seriously though, while you're looking to do midi stuff, you'll find macs much
more adaptive than PC's. If you eventually would like to output to something
like CD or DAT tape the bus speed on any PC out there (including Intergraph
machines) is far too slow and not even close to comparable with that of a mac.

These machines come already equipped with everything you'll need (except for
the keyboard and any type of board that you'll want to use) and their internal
cards are more than a match for the best PC cards out there.
