My 10, almost 11 year old granddaughter needs a clarinet teacher who can
teach at her home in Bethesda. She's had about eighteen months' of
instruction and, in my view, exhibits some basic musical talent...but needs
motivation, encouragement, and promotion of the idea that music is fun,not
merely an obligation. I started her on clarinet and we enjoyed playing for
each other...she then followed on with a skilled and experienced teacher
who, unfortunately, is no longer able to continue.
