There are a large number of teachers and schools listed
on http://sneezy.mika.com/clarinet/Study/Teachers.html .

I'm surprised that Erica hasn't checked around even at the
University of Tennessee campuses. Dr. Peter Temko has a very
good reputation, and he's teaching at U of Tenn, Chattanooga.
I've talked with a couple of his students; nothing but good
things to say.

An extremely brief bio: Dr. Temko is Professor of Clarinet,
Theory, Composition, Analysis and whatever else is needed at
the University. He has the B.M. and M.M. degrees in Music
Theory from the Manhattan
School of Music,and the Ph. D. in Music Theory from Florida
State University. His primary clarinet instructor was Harry
Schmidt at Florida State. He performs regularly with the
Chattanooga Symphony, and with chamber ensembles at the
University.
