There are many many good colleges for clarinet majors. Where you
transfer depends on your current level of accomplishment, among other
things. Can you give us a little background on your experience and
education with respect to clarinet playing? How long have you had
lessons? Did you play in ensembles/orchestras at any time between
elementary school and your final year of high school? Which method
books and literature are your current focus (both solo and orchestral)?
Which ones have you already covered? Have you participated in competitions?

Answers to these questions will provide some insight with regard to
your level of exposure and abilities. With that information in hand,
it will be easier to make appropriate suggestions for music schools
to consider. Otherwise, my immediate response is to shoot for the
moon, i.e.; Eastman, Juilliard, Curtis, New England, etc. Something
tells me that if you were already that advanced, you'd already be
at one of these schools, so more information is needed to know
what would be good options for you.
