I used to play on R-13's, but I didn't like the fact how they were hard to
break in and get used to. I found you had to constantly adjust your
embrochure from register to register;even hand to hand. And the funny thing
is is that I noticed that on all the horns I tried. Then I was introduced to
the new Leblancs. I tried a few out, and then fell in love with the
Concerto. It is so much easier to play. They is less adjusting, and the
throat tones are very nice too. I guess there really was no point to this,
but I thought I'd share a success story. Who knows, this might create a new
topic to debate over: Leblanc vs. Buffet.
