I do not know how good is not good, but do you plan on continuing with
this instrument in college? If so, I would start looking for a
professional clarinetist, and if you are going to college in the area, try
to get a hold of the professor of clarinet at that college,(may give you
lessons for free) and get to know him and start taking lessons from him.
Hour lessons are the best, and I would say about 25 - 35 dollars per hour
is a good rate.
However, if you don't plan to continue and want to play just for fun,
there are always student teachers in clarinet out there. They would be
cheaper by the hour, 10 - 15 dollars.
Good luck(^_^)!
