In response to Chris about the Buffet Festival--

The Buffet Prestige R-13 is a marketing gimmick of the first degree. The
original Prestige was based on the RC bore, a bore not as popular as the R-13 in
the United States. The Prestige R-13s that I have played on--as nice as they
were--still were just R-13s, and not as good as the RC Prestige.

In addition, the Festival is a different horn, and that does not place it a step
lower than the R-13 Prestige--especially since some of the features that
distinguish the Prestige instruments are also standard features of the Festival
models.
