Mark--

To say that the Buffet Festival clarinets are virtually identical with the
Prestige except for the bore is the same as comparing the Prestige RC to
the Prestige R-13. The bore is what makes the difference between the
clarinets!!!

The Prestige models -- RC or R-13 bore -- have silver plated keys, metal
caps at the end of the tennons, and the left-hand Ab/Eb lever key as
standard. The Prestige are also a bit heavier than the standard
instruments.

I don't know much about the Festival model, but in every different model
Buffet has produced, it is ultimately the bore that distinguishes
them--especially since silver plated keys or the left-hand Ab/Eb lever key,
etc. are offered as options.
