Please join us, Laine. Read the conversations, respond to ideas, and
ask whatever questions that come to mind. Nothing is too elementary
to be submitted to the list and, in fact, you are one among many members
who are total beginners or have taken up clarinet again after many long
years of hiatus. Sometimes the more advanced members will get impatient
with simple questions, but you may completely ignore such protests and ask
freely, because there are other novices who have similar questions on their
minds and would benefit from the genuinely helpful responses. There will
always be somebody willing to address your questions and offer helpful
information, advice, and solutions.
